One of REALIZER AI’s first users, IPIN Labs, is a tech startup focusing on an AI-powered indoor positioning system. Backed by HL Mando, the largest global Tier 1 Korean Original Equipment Manufacturer and supplier to Ford, Nissan, Kia Motors Company, Volkswagen, BMW, etc., IPIN Labs is also a startup powerhouse at global trade shows.

Challenge

As Sales and inquiries are picking up the pace, IPIN Labs is struggling with follow-ups and keeping leads up to date.

By participating in large global trade shows such as CES (USA), Vivatech (France), and MWC (Barcelona), IPIN Labs has collected hundreds of leads. However, their lead nurturing system could not keep up with their growth.

“Sometimes, my boss would join the events, but as the global project lead, I am the one managing all the contacts. The list of contacts I have consolidated on Excel has not been updated for months”, said Kim Seongjun, the global project lead of IPIN Labs.
